Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients

1. Paneer —250 gm
2. .Onions—-2 medium
3. Tomatoes—3
4. Green chillies— 2 or 3
5. Ginger garlic paste—1 teaspoon
6. Butter—- 100 gms
7. Salt —— as per taste
8. Dhaniya powder— 1 spoon
9. Red chillie powder—1 spoon
10. Garam masala——1 spoon
11. Whole garam masala
a) big cardamom—4
b) small cardamom—4
C) cinnamon—small pieces —2
d) cashews whole—10 soaked
e) turmeric——1/2 spoon
d) kasuri methi—-1 spoon crushed
12. 1 cup green peas

PROCEDURE—-

In a pan put oil and butter. Fry the whole garam masala, then add ginger garlic paste and fry a little. Now add cut onions n fry well. Then add soaked cashews and fry well. Now add cut tomatoes and mix well n fry till softens. Turn off the fire n let it cool. Now in this mixture add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, mix it well and grind to a fine paste. Now in the pan put some butter n some oil n after it gets hot fry dhania powder and garam masala then add the ground paste and keep friyig till the oil leaves the sides of the pan. After that add cooked green peas n put some water to make gravy. And sauté nicely. Now add little fried paneer pieces mix it well and then simmer for some time and turn off the stove.
Add the hot Paneer Butter Masala into a nice bowl and add the remaining portion of the butter and garnish it with kasuri methi powder n chopped coriander leaves. The Paneer butter masala is ready !!!( to eat)
